As the driver involved was operating through an external transport partner, we have requested additional information regarding the prevention measures and internal procedures applied by this partner. This is intended to help prevent similar situations as much as possible in the future.
At the time of the accident, there were no passengers present in the vehicle.
Out of respect for the ongoing investigation, we will not communicate further about the facts for the time being. We will continue to closely monitor the prevention measures and recruitment policies of our transport partners.
Our daily operations and scheduled routes continue as planned, and we are using this situation as an opportunity to once again raise awareness among our transport partners and their drivers.
